About the Buddhist Library


Acknowledgment

We would like to thank all the people who gave us a lot of suggestions and Buddhist books. Some of them are Buddhist scholars, Buddhist monks, professors and other Buddhists from many countries.

We have to thank many Thai Buddhist organizations for giving us a lot of books. These monasteries and organizations are Wat Pah Nanachat (Ubonrajchathani), Wat Nhong Pah Pong (Ubonrajchathani), Wat Pa Ban Kor (Udornthani), Suan Mokkh (Surat Thani), Buddhadhamma Foundation (Bangkok) and Dhammatarn Foundation (Surat Thani).

Also, we would like to thank Metta Forest Monastery, California, USA and the Corporate body of the Buddha Educational Foundation, Taiwan, for giving our organization a lot of free Buddhist books.


How to borrow books

If you would like to borrow books, please send us e-mail or ask us directly. Please give you name, address, e-mail address and phone number. If you e-mail us, We will send you books by mail within one week. You don't have to pay any money for shipping in Santa Cruz County, California.

Note: If you are a member of BudS@UCSC, you can ask for to borrow books from us directly in sitting meditation groups.


Rule For Borrowing books

1. You can borrow at most two books.
2. You can borrow each book at most one month per time.
3. For returning books, you have to send us via mail or return to us directly.
